Vegan Cuisine

We enjoy the benefits of a vegan cuisine as a way to cleanse the body. At this vegan retreats, for four days we teach you how to make breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and appetizers and our personal favorite, desserts!!!

We teach you the basics of sprouting and growing young greens, fermenting, and setting up your vegan food kitchen with spiral slicers and more. Learn how a vegan diet can help in weight loss. Learn how to make raw crackers, creams, salad dressings, dips, spreads, juices, elixirs, soups, and desserts of all kinds from puddings to cakes to ice creams. Our farm to table cuisine is expanding and some of our food will be harvested on site.

Nature Walk

Come walk in the woods. Guests will do silent walking meditation retreat throughout on the nature paths we have here. Guests will connect with nature this way.

The Japanese call this Shinrin Yoku, which translates to “forest bathing” and guests will partake in this. Shinrin Yoku is proven to be beneficial for mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical balancing. Following these powerful “forest baths” you will feel better overall, and particularly experience a deeper relaxation response during the retreat, feeling calmer and more refreshed, with better clarity and creativity as you allow the nature to feed your soul.

Day One

4:00 pm – Welcome and neighborhood walk

5:30 pm – Learn Vegan Cuisine

6:30 pm – Dinner

7:30 pm – One-hour 7 Chakra Crystal singing bowl meditation

8:30 pm – Time to Retire for the evening

Day Two/Three

8:15 am – Free Movement - Dancing through the chakras with music or Yoga!

9:30 am – Learn Vegan Cuisine and Breakfast

10:00 am – Later Breakfast

11:00 am – Learn Vegan Cuisine

1:30 pm – Lunch

2:15 pm – Learn Vegan Cuisine for dinner

4:00 pm – Hike

5:30 pm – Learn Vegan Cuisine for dinner cont.

6:30 pm – Dinner and entertainment/discussion

Last Day

8:15 am – Free Movement - Dancing through the chakras with music or yoga and group photos!

9:30 am – Breakfast and Learn Vegan Cuisine

10:30 am – Walk the Labyrinth

11:00 am – Check-out – Feel free to visit the Historic Julian District
