The San Diego Spiritual Retreat Center offers “stress salvation” in the form of Retreats in a supportive environment. This allows you to leave your everyday life for a few days and let go of daily distractions and problems.
Our retreats provide you the opportunity to raise your frequency to affect all areas of your life including love, wealth, health, career and relationships. Over time with continued meditation and practicing in a natural setting, you will find that the need for “stress salvation” decreases as you become more conscious and maintain your inner space of love, joy and peace no matter where you are.
Group yoga or dancing awakens both body and mind in our open-air Yoga Pavilion nestled in the midst of nature. Imagine doing Yoga or dancing while listening to the real sound of many birds singing and chirping.
Start the day by watching the wildlife and the sky subtly change colors. Enjoy a nice outdoor breakfast made with wholesome foods.
The food menu includes whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, with nuts and seeds to provide balanced nutrition for maximum health. All meals are lovingly prepared every day in the Retreat center’s kitchen by their talented chefs using fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced locally where possible. We cater for guests with special diets (raw, vegan, vegetarian, etc.). Please directly contact SDSRC at the time of booking if you have special requirements.
There is no smoking, drugs or alcohol allowed on the property. Massage is available by appointment only and is not included in the cost of the retreat.

What to Bring
Depending on the time of year, you will want to bring comfortable and layered clothing, including sweat pants and a jacket/sweater as it does get chilly in the evening, in the early morning and in the winter-time. A rain jacket may also be a good idea during the rainy months. Bring slip – on shoes. There is a jacuzzi.
Please bring your own toiletry items including sunscreen and deodorant. If you forget something, there is a full convenience store about a mile away. Bring solid foot wear as well because we will (optionally) walk or hike. Also, if you are sensitive to the sun, please bring a hat.
Another thing to bring is an instrument if you have it. If you don’t play or have an instrument, we have dozens here for you to use.
Located in Wynola, a small subdivision in between Julian and Santa Ysabel is also home to wonderful antique and farmers produce markets.
A one hour drive will take you to the stunning La Jolla coast, scattered with wonderful beaches and charming towns such as Del Mar.
